Listing Presentation

 

As a result of attending this session, attendees shall be able to; 

 

  • Describe the steps in a listing presentation
  • Demonstrate the ability to crate rapport and a climate of control with sellers
  • Demonstrate their proficiency at using Features and Benefits
  • Create and use an effective listing presentation book

 

The course can be conducted in a 3 or 6 hour formt. The 6 hour format involves additional practice and role play.
