This is where proper coaching comes into play. Through the coaching process you can help your salespeople understand what it is that they really want out of life which results in a clearer vision. Once their vision is clearly defined they are in a better position to select those options that are aligned with that vision and with their personal goals.
This program is a one day training session with the management team on how to coach and implement a successful coaching program in the office. The training is followed up with a 10 week series of conference calls to keep the program on track.
