About Us:     Drawing on more than 40 years of real estate experience we are honored to have been able to focus the past 20 of those years helping real estate brokers achieve growth and profitability. While working with a national real estate franchise we co-developed a program that addresses the relationship between productivity, profitability, and people management that became a standard for measuring performance and over the years have developed a number of automated planning tools for brokers and agents including our latest STAR report.

 

Improving Profitability is our number one focus. Real Estate firms today are facing declining revenues, increased expenses and a declining profit margin.

Every tool and process we deliver has been designed with one objective. “How will it improve profitability?”

 

Profitability (Earnings before Interest Taxes and Amortization or EBITA) is driven by a number of factors. The main drivers of profit are (1) Revenue (2) Company Dollar and (3) Operating Expenses.

 

Obviously there are a number of factors that drive each of these three main ones. These Key Performance Factors (KPF) are often overlooked or their importance  underrated when in fact, a minor change in one or two could have a dramatic impact on bottom line profits.  

 

The Consultation Process:  We work with you to identify every key performance factor that contributes to profit. Then, using our automated planning tools we help analyze each factor and its impact on the bottom line. We then work with you to develop goals and action steps that will correct and improve these factors.

 

Once the goals and action steps are identified, they are entered in to the STAR program so that monthly activity can be tracked and monitored and performance measured against the goals you set.  The STAR program is updated you’re your current production and financial information each month. As soon as the updates are made we schedule and conduct a teleconference with you to discuss the results and make on-going recommendations.
