Handling the Up-desk calls

 

Most of us are good conversationalists when we are in front of someone but on the phone, we tend to lose our ability to communicate effectively. 

 

As a result of attending this coruse, the attendee will be able to;

This is a 6 hour course and involves a great deal of script practice on every aspect of handling the incoming calls.
