Hosting Effective Open Houses
IAs a result of this course, the attendees will be able to;
apply several criteria in the selection of an appropriate home to host open.
develop a plan for the open house
identify a variety of marketing methods to promote its success.
utilize specific wording using scripts and dialogs
handle customer questions and objections
capture a higher percentage of buyers and convert them to lifetime clients
This program can be delivered in a 3 hour or 6 hour format. The 6 hour format involves additonal role playing and script practice.
