Handling Objections
Overcoming objections is a difficult task and one that requires skill and knowledge.
As a result of attending this course the attedee will be able to;
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the reasons people do things.
Identify Ihe steps in the buying and selling process
Demonstrate the CRIAC method for handling customer objections.
Course can be in a 3 hour or 6 hour format. The 6 hour format includes additional script practice.
