The Consultation Process:
We work with you to identify every key performance factor that contributes to profit. Then, using our automated planning tools we help analyze each factor and its impact on the bottom line. We then work with you to develop goals and action steps that will correct and improve these factors.
Once the goals and action steps are identified, they are entered in to the STAR program so that monthly activity can be tracked and monitored and performance measured against the goals you set. The STAR program is updated you’re your current production and financial information each month. As soon as the updates are made we schedule and conduct a teleconference with you to discuss the results and make on-going recommendations.
