We obtain specific data from you for each of these areas and enter it into our STAR system. Once your goals and objectives are established, the STAR report will track your performance against your goals and against your prior year’s results in each area.
A monthly conference call is scheduled to review the STAR report with you and to discuss the implementation of action steps to help you achieve your targets.
Our Statistical Tracking Analysis Report (STAR) is an Excel based program that provides you with information and comparison data on every aspect of your operation.
The data you want to track is entered by us on a monthly basis and is then presented in a wide variety of charts and graphs that provides comparisons on a year over year basis or against company goals and objectives and includes a What-If-Scenario program that you can use to perform a variety of scenarios using your existing real time data.
The report is custom tailored to suit your specific needs and includes a 1 hour phone consultation each month to review the information and to discuss options and recommendations.
The cost of this report is only $700 per month (up to 5 offices-additional fee for 6 or more) plus a onetime set up fee of $500.
